The Value of Collective Leadership

For the Class Four fellows, the value of collective leadership has emerged as an increasingly vital tool to support children and families in our communities. Collective leadership means working collaboratively with others — using shared strength, knowledge and dedication to break down barriers for communities.

At the New Mexico gathering, we interviewed six fellows from the New Mexico cohort, to learn about their communities, the challenges they face. They discuss how the leadership skills and tools they are learning through the WKKF CLN fellowship are supporting them to better serve children and families in their communities.

Learn how these leaders work in their respective communities and how building collective leadership through the fellowship can further their impact.
