MEET THE NEW FACES OF LEADERSHIP

Today’s challenges require local leaders who can collaborate to create the conditions where children, families and communities thrive.

We are at a unique time in our history with great uncertainty and great opportunity for community-driven innovation. We need compassionate and capable leaders in and from our communities. The W.K. Kellogg Foundation (WKKF) Community Leadership Network with the Center for Creative Leadership is an innovative fellowship for leaders in local communities and the national child- and family-serving ecosystem to connect, grow and lead collaborative, transformational change on behalf of children, families and communities.

WELCOME CLASS FOUR FELLOWS

We’re excited to introduce class four of the WKKF Community Leadership Network. Meet the 80 dynamic leaders from the foundation’s priority places of Michigan, Mississippi, New Mexico, New Orleans, Tribal nations and in local communities across the United States. Together, over 18 months, fellows will learn about themselves and each other, growing their leadership skills and building strong, connected networks to help communities face the challenges of today.

“The fellowship has given us an opportunity to come together as leaders and have a space for one another. And also to think through what we are trying to accomplish for our children and how we do that together, as opposed to in silos.”

— Class Two Fellow, New Mexico Cohort
